Lotus Park is one of Benghazi's largest residential developments — and at the time of filming, still very much under construction. Rather than sell a rendering, we filmed the reality: aerial passes over the full masterplan, sparks flying off rebar at golden hour, the fabrication workshop running at full capacity, and cranes working across an active site.
An on-camera presenter carries the narrative through, moving from the raw build to the completed glass façade — showing the buyer both what exists today and what it becomes.
The result is a commercial that earns its promise. The delivery date on screen lands as a commitment backed by visible progress, not a marketing line.
